Ascent (LIT) Program Overview

The Ascent is our Leader-in-Training (LIT) program. Within the Ascent Program, LIT's can expect to receive:

• Practical leadership training, experience, and mentorship. 
• Opportunities to grow in their knowledge and faith in Jesus Christ. 
• A welcoming, engaging community!

The Ascent Program is open to anyone entering Grade 9, 10, or 11 in the fall, who are looking for ways to serve, grow, and connect this summer!

• $100 cost per LIT, to participate in the Ascent Program. 
• LITs are asked to serve a minimum of 2 weeks during the summer.
• Limited space available! LITs who apply are not guaranteed a place within the Ascent Program as we can only take so many LITs each year.  
• Applications are accepted from March 1 to April 1. 
• Many of our LIT's end up working at ADC as Team Leaders and/or eventually on our Leadership Team!!
