The Camp Director will provide overall direction and leadership for our summer camp, guiding the staff team and shaping the heart of the program. They will teach Bible lessons, manage the camp budget, support staff, connect with campers, communicate with parents, and more.
This role is for a confident, organized, big-picture leader who loves inspiring both kids and teams.

The Ascent Directors plan and lead the Ascent Program, shaping a summer of growth for our Leaders in Training. They’ll design training sessions, guide discussions, and mentor young leaders, creating space for faith and leadership to flourish. This role fits leaders who love investing in young people, teaching with creativity, and cheering on the next generation of confident, Christ-centered servant-leaders.

The Program Coordinators work alongside the Directors to bring the vision of Adventurers Day Camp to life. They’ll support daily camp flow, assist teaching moments, manage medications, and coordinate key program details.
This role fits organized, team-focused leaders who love turning plans into meaningful moments kids will remember.

LITs (Leaders In Training)
LITs (Leaders In Training)
Group Leaders are front-line leaders at Adventurers Day Camp. They care for a group of campers, help keep the day running smoothly, and create a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment. Group Leaders build relationships with campers, lead small group times, mentor Leaders-in-Training (LITs), and support the staff team throughout the summer.
This role is well suited for students who enjoy working with children, are growing in their faith, and are ready to take on responsibility while serving as part of a team.

If you are entering Grade 9-11, volunteer part of your summer at ADC through the Ascent Program. Ascent is a leadership training program focused on giving you training, experience, and mentorship as you help here at ADC!
